Quick recap:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>proofing the yeast seemed to work well, even though I wasn&#8217;t sure anything was happening. Why don&#8217;t I just use instant yeast? Is there a reason to use traditional yeast? Googling will follow<\/li><li>Pizza bianco was delightful. Boiled potatoes, taleggio cheese, bit of this, some of that. Tasty<\/li><li>Followed up by a margherita with some leftover salami. Not bad.<\/li><li>Kids ate it all, which is the acid test for any made-at-home meal. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We have had a few choice items hoisted at us over the last little while.
